The hat features red, white and blue coloured wedge segments. It is made of a very good quality canvas type cotton this came from a wealthy estate. The opening measures 21 5 8 around the sweatband, so this should fit a small size, maybe a smaller medium if it sits a little high on the head. It is in very good condition with no wear or tear and is very clean there is just a slight shadow at
